For Project Arkade Pearl

1. Manage all functions related to stores, including material receipt, inward and outward bill processing, FIFO inventory management, and maintaining registers.
2. Coordinate with vendors for site purchases
3. Collaborate with the Quality Control Engineer (QCE) for incoming material inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Prepare stock statements and implement store procedures to streamline operations.
5. Assist in planning for material reconciliation and management of stacking yards.
6. Handle material requisitions, generation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and issuing bills inward in the Farvision system.
7. Maintain inward and bill registers, and manage communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
8. Oversee daily issuing of materials to contractors based on requirements and conduct weekly GRN and bill inward processes.
9. Ensure closure of stores inward and outward, and accurately update entries in the Farvision system.
