Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Store In-Charge to manage the complete stores and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, material issue, stock reconciliation, documentation, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production and other departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, ERP systems, and team supervision.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–12 years of relevant experience in Stores / Warehouse / Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of material receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control procedures.
- Experience in maintaining stock records and conducting physical inventory verification.
- Working knowledge of ERP / inventory management software.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare inventory reports and analyze stock data.




- Experience in supervising store/warehouse personnel.

Preferred Skills
- Strong inventory management and warehouse-management skills.
- Good knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory control.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or other inventory-management software.
- Strong knowledge of material handling and storage practices.
- Good understanding of Purchase Orders, GRN, material requisitions, stock transfers, and material issue processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of 5S and warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to identify stock shortages, excess inventory, and slow/non-moving materials.
- Valuable planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Honest, responsible, and systematic approach to inventory control.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
