Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead end-to-end store operations, including inventory, procurement, stock control, vendor coordination, and documentation while ensuring accurate records and optimum stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory and stock operations.Handle Purchase Orders (POs) & Purchase Requisitions (PRs).Conduct stock counting and reconciliation.Prepare monthly inventory reports.Maintain optimum stock levels.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.Manage GRN, documentation, and stock records.Use SAP/ERP and MS Excel for inventory management.

Requirements

8–10 years of relevant experience.

Robust inventory and store management knowledge.Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP &

MS Excel.Excellent vendor coordination and communication skills.

Experience in Food Service, Catering, Hospitality, Hostel, or F&B; operations.
