Location: Berhampur / Odisha

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations at the RMC plant.
- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Handle inventory, stock verification, and reconciliation.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Plant, Accounts, and Maintenance teams.
- Verify materials received against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cement, aggregates, spare parts, consumables, safety items, and other materials.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and other store-related documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Maintain accurate MIS and submit regular stock reports to management.
- Handle ERP/Tally/Excel-based inventory records, as applicable.

Candidate Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the RMC, Ready-Mix Concrete, Construction, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of store and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory-related documentation.
- Experience in handling plant/store operations will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage store operations independently.
- Immediate joiner preferred / candidates with a short notice period may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
