Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Executive role based in Koraput.

The Store

Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking cement and related products, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement and sales teams, and ensuring timely replenishment to meet customer and project requirements. The role involves maintaining proper documentation,



adherence to safety and quality standards, and regular reporting on stock movement and discrepancies.

The Store

Executive will also support customer-facing activities at the site, assist with order processing and dispatch coordination, and contribute to efficient store layout and housekeeping.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of retail and sales operations, particularly in building materials or cement-related products.
- Background in commerce or a related field, with basic understanding of inventory, billing, and documentation.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic ERP or inventory management software.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized records.
- Demonstrated ability to work in office, manage physical stock, and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline; experience in store/inventory management in manufacturing or construction sectors.
