Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory activities at our Hyderabad location. The role involves stock handling, inward and outward entries, documentation, inventory tracking, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily stock inward and outward activities.
- Verify materials received against invoices, delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Issue materials against approved requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Update stock entries in Excel/software on a timely basis.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
- Maintain proper storage, labelling and organization of materials.
- Prepare delivery challans and other store-related documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Clinical and other departments.
- Track dispatched and returned materials.
- Report stock shortages, excess stock, damaged items or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices,



challans and stock-related documents.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory/accounting software will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Responsible and organized approach to work.

Preferred Qualification B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Diploma / Any Graduate with relevant store or inventory experience.

Experience

1–3 years in Store, Inventory, Warehouse or Stock Management. Freshers with good Excel and inventory knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Languages

English, Telugu and Hindi required. Knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualification, relevant experience and interview performance.

Additional Information

Candidates with experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, distributors or inventory-based organizations will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
