Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.

- Configure and monitor backup jobs, backup repositories, backup proxies, and backup storage.

- Monitor backup storage capacity, performance, and availability.

- Manage backup retention policies and storage utilization.

- Troubleshoot failed backup, replication, and restore jobs.

- Perform VM, file, and application-level data recovery.

- Manage backup copies and off-site backup storage.

- Perform regular backup verification and ensure recovery points are available.

- Monitor storage alerts and proactively resolve capacity/performance issues.

- Maintain backup and storage documentation.

- Support disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.

- Implement appropriate security controls for backup infrastructure, including protection against accidental deletion and ransomware.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.





- Strong knowledge of backup and storage concepts.

- Experience managing backup repositories and backup storage.

- Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V environments.

- Good understanding of NAS, SAN, RAID, iSCSI/NFS and storage concepts.

- Knowledge of backup, replication, retention and recovery.

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with backup monitoring and reporting.

Preferred

- Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) certification.

- Experience with enterprise storage solutions.

- Knowledge of Veeam Backup Copy, SureBackup and Instant VM Recovery.

- Experience with cloud/off-site backup storage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
