- Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and support for enterprise storage failures.
- Manage incidents, problems, RCA, change requests, and vendor escalations.
- Perform storage availability, performance, capacity management and tuning.
- Handle storage patching, upgrades, hardware troubleshooting and DR activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers and infrastructure teams.
- Maintain SOPs, documentation, reports, audits and knowledge base.
- Follow ITIL processes and drive service improvement initiatives.
- EMC/Dell ECS Object Storage
- IBM All Flash Storage
- Storage performance, availability & capacity management
- Hardware troubleshooting and vendor management

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Education

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
- Storage admin: 4 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
