Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and customer-focused Steward to join our F&B; team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-groomed, and passionate about providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure proper presentation and service of food and beverages.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
- Assist the service team during busy hours and events.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and communicate them to the relevant team.
- Follow all SOPs, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.





Requirements

- Previous experience in F&B; or hospitality is preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
