Role Summary: We are hiring a Steward for Mezcalita to deliver prompt, courteous service to guests and support smooth day-to-day floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, and assist with menu queries
- Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and equipment
- Set up and clear tables as per SOPs
- Coordinate with Captain for smooth service flow
- Handle basic guest requests and escalate issues when required
- Follow hygiene and grooming standards at all times
Requirements:
- 10th/12th pass or equivalent; hospitality certificate preferred, not mandatory
- 02 years of experience; freshers welcome
- Positive communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus
- Presentable, well-groomed, and guest-service oriented
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
