Job Title : Stamping-Checking Fixture Design

Location : Chennai one

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Experience : 5~6 years of relevant experience in stamping C/F design, welding fictures design , and quality assurance

Qualification : Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering,

Purpose of the Role:-

Create the Checking fixture design for the Stamping MAKE PARTS (Skin & Inner )

This role ensures the proper design and manufacturing the Checing fixtures for quality of in-house sheet metal parts.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Create a Gage base layout in NX based on gage design library

Create datum net ,datum net support s and rest pads & gage indentification tag as per GD&T;

Fixture plank specification must be followed as per standards





Design Gage pins & hole location ,Go detaial,No-Go detail ,threaded hole pin ,Datum locator pin to be designed based on requirements

Ensure the guage pin fits ,flush pin & feeler rails supports

2.Follow as per design revision requirements

Revision control ,design updates ,revision change letters ,gage bases ,machined base surfaces ,tooling plate bases ,floor bases .base legs &cast; aluminum material requiremnts ,standard of fabricated bases

Technical:-

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Positive understanding of stamping and welding processes.

Project Management: Scope definition, planning, and KPI delivery.

Tools & Software:PLM, Teams, MS Office, NX

VB Macro programming (advantageous)
