Job Title : Stamping -RCM (Measurement Control Report)

Location : Chennai One

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Experience : 5~6 years of relevant experience in stamping, welding, and quality assurance

Qualification : Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management

Purpose of the Role:-

Create the Control Measurement Plan (Blank RCM) for the MAKE PARTS

This role ensures the proper inspection of in-house sheet metal parts to abel to drive tool modifications and improves the part quality .

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Create measuring points on Part Surface in GAPM CATIAV6

Create CTF and trace points on Part Surface, nut position ,hole position ,non toleranced cut outs ,weld nuts ,spot welds .

Creation of Annotation Point on CTF traced points

Rename Measuring entities of CTF

Import the EBM file for RCM creation

2. RCM creation

-Create a blank RCM report





-Update the detailed information of the part data,tolerancing ,EBM data etc

-Create the physical measurement condition of the part - All Clamping Points and PINs measured on the part

-Create the Reference systems (ABC) for the part measurement

-Based on the TRS synthesis update the General characteristic of the part requirements

-Create a symmetrical blank rcm part with product definition and product realization

Technical Skills:-

Positive understanding of stamping and welding processes.

Project Management: Scope definition, planning, and KPI delivery.

Tools & Software: PLM, GAPM, PolyWorks, Teams, MS Office,Catia V5 & V6

VB Macro programming (advantageous)
