Reporting To: Nursing Superintendent / Ward In-Charge
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and ensure comfort and safety of patients
- Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration) and record observations
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and reports
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in the ward
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, diet, and medication
- Handle medical equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Follow hospital policies, protocols, and nursing standards
Qualification & Experience:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply

- Rotational shifts / As per duty roster
