Key Responsibilities

- Provide 24×7 nursing care and monitoring to neonates as per clinical requirements.

- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, temperature, feeding, and overall clinical condition.

- Assist doctors in neonatal emergencies, procedures, and resuscitation as required.

- Handle and monitor NICU equipment, incubators, warmers, ventilators, CPAP, and infusion pumps as per hospital protocols.

- Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by the consultant/RMO.

- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, medication records, observation charts, and patient files.

- Maintain strict infection prevention and control practices within the NICU.

- Assist with feeding, newborn care, hygiene, and safe handling of neonates.

- Coordinate effectively with Consultants, RMO, Nursing Incharge, and other departments.





- Ensure proper handover and takeover of patients during shift changes.

- Maintain availability and proper use of emergency and life-saving medicines/equipment.

- Communicate appropriately with parents/attendants regarding routine nursing care as directed by the treating team.

- Follow all hospital SOPs, nursing protocols, patient safety standards, and quality requirements.

- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional conduct within the NICU.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
