Role Description The Sr.

Video

Editor is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mohali district, responsible for creating impactful video content that supports political campaigns and communication strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing video production workflows, editing raw footage into compelling narratives, and applying color grading and sound enhancements to ensure high production quality. The role involves designing and integrating motion graphics, titles, and visual elements that align with campaign messaging, as well as collaborating closely with strategists, designers,



and content teams.

Editor will manage multiple projects, maintain organized media libraries, and ensure timely delivery of videos optimized for digital and broadcast platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills, including experience with professional editing software.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual style and high-quality output.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills for creating dynamic visual elements and campaign visuals.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure for political and social content.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a quick-paced team environment.
- Relevant experience in political, social, or advocacy campaigns, and familiarity with digital and social media formats, is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
