As a Senior Operations Manager at Dr ITM CX, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the business. - Lead a team of operations managers to ensure the smooth functioning of the Dr ITM CX department

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance and efficiency

- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
