Position: Sr.Engineer/Engineer – Electrical

Total Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience

Education: BE Electrical / Instrumentation

Location: Pune

Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to lead and execute comprehensive electrical engineering activities across the project lifecycle—from pre‑bid estimation to detailed design, procurement support, and site commissioning. The role ensures technically sound, cost‑effective, and compliant electrical system designs that meet project specifications, industry standards, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

o Pre-bid proposal/estimation work including costing and proposal preparation not limited to, but including the following.

o Selection & Design of HT system, Breakers, Transformers, PCC,MCC, PDP, starters, heaters, power & control cables , cable tray, conduiting & tray work, Lighting, Lightning system, earthing system, motors, VFD's,

o PLC panels, local panels, their configurations,



wiring etc.

o Designing related to various process instruments for Temp, flow, Pressure, Level, analyzers etc.

o Support Detailed Design work related to above as required.

o Other responsibilities not limited to, but also include o Checking and correcting drawings provided by designers.

o Preparation of different schemes.

o Preparation and planning of work for multi projects execution and maintain consistency in concepts and practices in the output.

o Always strive towards standardization of output deliverables.

o Attend customer / vendors interface meetings.

o Undertake specialized assignments as assigned.

o Implementation of corrective and preventive actions and adhere to all ISO requirements.

o Conduct Trainings/seminars as required for Juniors and also attend trainings/seminars as required.

o Most importantly adhere to all schedules for completion of deliverables not limited by office timings, and take full ownership to complete those by getting all required inputs from all concerned.

o Site support during erection and commissioning at site as required.

o Implementation of corrective and preventive actions and adhere to all ISO requirements.

Must-Have Experience:

o Electrical System Design & Engineering o Strong expertise in designing HT/LT systems, PCC/MCC panels, transformers, motors, VFDs, earthing, and lightning protection systems.

o Proposal & Cost Estimation o Ability to prepare pre-bid proposals, including accurate costing, BOQs, technical specifications, and commercial inputs.

o Instrumentation & Control Systems o Hands-on knowledge of PLC panels, control wiring, and process instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow, level, analyzers).

o Project Coordination & Execution o Capability to manage multiple projects, review drawings, coordinate with clients/vendors, and support site erection & commissioning.

Valuable-to-Have Experience:

o Experience in water/wastewater/ZLD projects..

o Use of engineering software/tools for selection and calculations.

o Knowledge of Industry Standards & ISO Practices o Familiarity with ISO requirements, quality processes, and standardization of engineering deliverables.

o Training & Mentoring Ability o Capability to conduct technical trainings/seminars for junior engineers and support team development o Advanced Documentation & Engineering Tools o Experience with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP) and strong documentation skills for schemes, drawings, and reports.
