- Reduce alert noise and false positives​
- Participate in incident response, escalation, and resolution​
- Create and maintain runbooks and playbooks​

Application Support &

- Troubleshooting​
- Monitor application health and detect issues proactively​
- Troubleshoot:​
- Application failures​
- Performance bottlenecks​




- System errors and latency issues​
- Support production issues and ensure quick resolution

Linux &

- Platform Administration (Secondary)​
- Perform basic Linux administration tasks: ​
- Process monitoring, logs, system health checks​
- File system and resource management​
- Support application deployments and runtime environments​

Messaging &

- Distributed Systems (Awareness Level)​
- Basic understanding of: ​
- Kafka / Pub-Sub systems​
- Distributed system behavior and failure scenarios​
- Support troubleshooting of data flow and messaging issues​
