Senior HR Recruiter – ELV Sector

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with strong knowledge of ELV/Technical Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for engineers, technicians, site staff and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Recruit ELV/BMS/CCTV/Fire Alarm/Access Control/Networking technical manpower.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and selection processes.
- Manage manpower requirements with Project/Site teams.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and hiring trackers.
- Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and joining.
- Support bulk hiring and campus recruitment.




- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely vacancy closure.Required SkillsTechnical / Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Understanding of ELV / BMS / CCTV / Fire Alarm / Access Control / Networking / Structured Cabling / Fiber Optic profiles.
- Positive resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Recruitment MIS and reporting skills.
- Interview coordination and salary negotiation skills.
