Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly creative and trend-obsessed Senior Video Editor to join our fast-paced marketing agency. Absolute Marketing Agency In this role, you will lead the post-production lifecycle from raw footage to final polish, transforming creative briefs into high-converting visual stories.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, exceptional narrative pacing, and an innate ability to spot, adapt, and execute viral social trends ahead of the curve.

You will play a critical role in scaling our clients' brand presence across digital, commercial, and social media platforms.Core Responsibilities

- Creative Post-Production: Review, organize, and assemble raw audio and video footage into highly engaging commercial, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Trend Adaptation: Identify emerging internet culture, audio tracks, editing styles, and format trends across platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) and rapidly adapt them for client campaigns.
- Narrative & Pacing: Shape compelling visual stories, ensuring precise continuity, dynamic pacing, and maximum viewer hook retention.
- Cross-Platform Delivery: Create multi-version,



platform-optimized cuts of video content tailored to specific audience behaviors and technical spec requirements.
- Advanced Polish: Execute high-level color grading, audio mixing, sound design, and text/motion graphics implementation to elevate overall production value.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with creative directors, copywriters, and performance marketers to translate initial briefs into impactful visual outputs.
- Asset Management: Maintain structured project file organization, archives, and templates to streamline agency workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional video editing experience within a marketing agency, production house, or high-growth brand setting.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Trend Intuition: Deep familiarity with modern social media algorithms, viewer engagement metrics, and visual hook strategies.
- Technical Skills: Strong capabilities in audio cleaning, multi-camera editing, advanced typography integration, and color correction.
- Leadership & Efficiency: Proven ability to own projects end-to-end independently, manage multiple tight deadlines, and guide junior editors or interns.
- Portfolio Requirement: A robust showreel demonstrating high-performing marketing campaigns, distinct narrative pacing, and creative trend execution.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
