Executive Opportunity | Sr. Vice President – HR & Admin

Gurugram | HCG Group | CTC: 60 LPA approx

HCG Group, a diversified and fast-expanding business house with operations in City Gas Distribution, Electrical Manufacturing (Switchgear, Water Pumps etc), and Real Estate, is looking to appoint a agile and visionary HR & Admin leader .

This role is central to building a future-ready organization, reporting directly to the MD and collaborating closely with the Group’s leadership.

Key Responsibilities | Strategic & Operational Leadership

Architect and execute Group-wide HR & Admin strategy aligned with growth and diversification

Lead core HR functions: Talent Acquisition, L&D;, PMS, OD, Culture Transformation

Ensure statutory compliance, industrial relations, labor law adherence, and HR audits

Drive implementation of HR Tech platforms and digital systems





Establish KRA/KPI-linked performance frameworks & scorecards

Oversee infrastructure, facilities, logistics, and administrative governance

- Act as a key advisor to the MD and CXOs on organizational design, talent strategy, and succession planning

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Minimum 15 years in strategic HR & Admin leadership roles, ideally at group or business-unit level

✅ Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, manage scale, and interface at CXO/MD level

✅ MBA/PGDM from XLRI, TISS, IIMs, or reputed Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes (e.g., MDI, SCMHRD, NMIMS)

✅ Domain experience in CGD, Oil & Gas highly preferred

✅ Strong command over IR, compliance, labor laws, audits, and admin systems
