Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive ERP Recruiter to join our HR/Recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring ERP professionals across various technologies and functional domains.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ERP recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand technical and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies for ERP positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, employee references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, experience, availability, CTC, and notice period.
- Recruit candidates for ERP technologies such as:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- D365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)
- Power Platform
- SAP
- Oracle ERP
- Other ERP technologies as required
- Understand both functional and technical ERP profiles and match candidates with job requirements.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate salary/CTC and support the offer and joining process.




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to collect interview feedback and close positions within timelines.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future ERP requirements.
- Handle multiple positions simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in IT/ERP recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing ERP professionals.
- Good understanding of ERP technologies and job roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate screening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

Preferred
- Experience recruiting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central / NAV roles will be an added advantage.
- Experience in recruitment for international/US-based clients is preferred.
- Experience handling niche and senior-level ERP requirements will be an advantage.
