Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist with 4–6 years of experience, preferably in the IT/software industry. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), along with a solid understanding of how search is evolving across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive organic growth strategies to improve search visibility, keyword rankings, website traffic, conversions, and visibility across AI search platforms and answer engines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
- Lead AIO, GEO, and AEO strategies to improve brand and website visibility across AI-powered search and generative platforms.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, market research, and search intent analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, structured data, landing pages, and other on-page elements.
- Develop strategies to improve brand mentions, citations, entity visibility, and content discoverability across AI search platforms.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and work closely with developers to resolve technical issues related to crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and website performance.
- Plan and manage link-building, digital PR, outreach, and backlink acquisition strategies.
- Analyze competitors' SEO, content, backlink, AIO/GEO/AEO, and overall search visibility strategies.
- Monitor organic performance and identify opportunities for traffic, ranking, lead generation, and conversion growth.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other relevant SEO tools.




- Monitor website and brand visibility across Google and AI-powered search platforms and continuously adapt strategies based on changes in search behavior.
- Collaborate with content, development, product, and marketing teams to implement SEO and AI-search optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, search trends, ranking factors, and emerging SEO best practices.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within the IT/software/SaaS industry.
- Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Local/International SEO, and Content SEO.
- Hands-on knowledge of AIO, GEO, and AEO and their application to improve visibility across AI and answer engines.
- Strong understanding of search intent, semantic SEO, entities, structured data, topical authority, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, technical audits, and SEO reporting.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Solid analytical, strategic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage SEO initiatives and work collaboratively with content, development, and marketing teams.

Preferred

- Experience working with AI/SaaS/technology websites.
- Practical experience optimizing content for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other generative/answer engines.
- Understanding of GEO/AIO measurement, AI citations, brand/entity mentions, and AI search visibility.
- Experience in international SEO and lead-generation-focused SEO campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
