Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering on-page, off-page, technical/link health, content and other key SEO factors.

· Create keyword research, keyword mapping and search-intent strategies.

· Manage broken-link identification and redirect recommendations.

· Set up and manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics and UTM tagging.

· Execute and monitor on-page and off-page SEO activities.

· Delegate and coordinate secondary SEO tasks with technical assistants.

· Utilize SEO, analytics, reporting and web-based tools to support campaign execution.

· Analyse SEO performance data and provide actionable improvement recommendations.

· Conduct website research to identify relevant outreach opportunities.





· Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify suitable outreach targets based on client industry, relevance and site metrics.

· Perform outreach, publisher communication and follow-up activities.

· Monitor and report SEO progress internally and to clients.

· Identify content development opportunities and contribute to content strategies.

· Convey publisher guidelines and SEO requirements to the content team.

· Act as the point of contact for publishers and outreach partners.

· Work with team members to manage off-site syndication across social platforms.

· Assist with off-site SEO activities including citations and Google Business Profile management.

· Keep abreast of effective and white-hat backlink acquisition techniques and modern SEO practices.

· Work closely with SEO tacticians, content creators, technical assistants and other digital marketing team members.

AI, Claude & MCP Requirements

· Hands-on experience using Claude AI for SEO research, keyword analysis, content optimisation, competitor analysis, SEO audits and reporting.

· Experience creating effective Claude AI prompts, workflows and repeatable processes to improve SEO productivity and campaign execution.

· Practical experience using MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections to connect AI assistants with SEO tools, analytics platforms, content systems and other business/web-based tools.

· Ability to use MCP-connected data and tools to streamline SEO research, analysis,



reporting and repetitive campaign tasks.

· Understanding of AI-assisted SEO workflows, including search-intent analysis, content optimisation, competitor research and technical SEO analysis.

· Ability to evaluate AI-generated insights and apply SEO best practices to ensure accuracy, relevance and quality.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

· 4 years of practical SEO experience, preferably across multiple client websites or industries.

· Strong knowledge of white-hat link-building techniques and modern SEO tactics.

· Familiarity with SEO best practices, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO and content optimisation.

· Experience using SEO tools, Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor and report SEO performance.

· Practical experience with Claude AI and AI-assisted SEO workflows is required.

· Experience with MCP connections and AI-tool integrations for SEO is highly desirable.

· Solid analytical, research, communication and reporting skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with SEO, content, technical and digital marketing teams.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an SEO professional who combines strong traditional SEO fundamentals with modern AI-first workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Claude AI and MCP-connected tools to make SEO research, analysis, content strategy, reporting and campaign execution more efficient and data-driven.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
