About the Role The Monarch Enterprises is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Retail Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of cutting-edge retail environments. This role requires a strong design sensibility, leadership skills, and the ability to translate brand identity into impactful customer experiences across retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and development of retail store designs and layouts.
- Create and present high-quality 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and design presentations.
- Develop detailed working drawings, GFCs.
- Oversee project execution and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and design teams.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and retail fixtures.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.





Skills Required

- Strong expertise in retail store design, space planning, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and display systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail

Qualifications

- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture Engineering
- 1–10 years of relevant experience in retail interior design

Compensation & Work Details

- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹90,000 per month (based on experience)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
