Senior Sales Engineer – Bearings / Industrial Products

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to handle sales and business development for industrial bearings and related engineering products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities and generate sales in the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing industrial customers.
- Promote and sell industrial bearings and related engineering products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct regular customer visits and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up for order closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Handle key accounts and support long-term customer relationships.




- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile:

- 4–8 years of experience in industrial sales / technical sales.
- Experience in bearings, power transmission, gears, motors, industrial machinery, or related engineering products will be preferred.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Strong customer handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of industrial products and applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Should be target-oriented and capable of independently handling a sales territory.
