DMO Head

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Executive Management Establish and govern the overall program governance framework. Chair and facilitate executive, strategic, tactical, and operational governance forums. Define decision rights, RACI structures, and escalation mechanisms. Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement with customer and HCLTech leadership. Ensure governance actions are tracked through closure. Contract Governance Own contractual compliance across MSA, SOWs, schedules, annexures, and amendments. Maintain contractual obligation and traceability registers. Ensure clause-to-deliverable ownership and accountability. Govern change requests, contractual deviations, and customer commitments. Manage contract risks, audits, and compliance reviews. Financial Governance & Billing Lead financial governance and revenue assurance activities. Govern invoicing, billing accuracy, and revenue realization. Manage service credits, penalties, and commercial risk exposure. Track budget performance, cost optimization, and profitability. Provide executive financial dashboards and forecasts. Risk & Compliance Management Own program-wide risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting. Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Govern ISO 27001, TISAX, GDPR, BCP/DR, security, and audit readiness activities. Lead corrective and preventive action programs. Maintain audit evidence repositories and compliance dashboards. Claims Management Office Govern end-to-end customer claims and dispute management. Validate service credits, penalties, and contractual claims. Manage rebuttals, negotiation support, and evidence collection. Minimize commercial leakage and financial exposure.



Maintain claims registers and recovery trackers.

Skill Requirements

Service Enablement Lead resource onboarding, mobilization, and workforce governance. Govern ODC readiness, access management, tools, and workplace services. Drive procurement and asset management governance. Enable standard operating procedures and process maturity. Ensure operational readiness across all towers. Reporting & Analytics Own executive dashboards, KPI/SLA reporting, and management reviews. Consolidate delivery, financial, risk, and compliance reporting. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Support customer and internal executive decision-making. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary governance interface between HCLTech and MBG leadership. Collaborate with Delivery Directors, Tower Leads, Finance, Legal, Security, and HR teams. Manage customer governance, contractual, and operational stakeholders. Drive alignment across cross-functional and global teams. Decision-Making Authority Approve governance frameworks, operating models, and reporting standards. Govern contract compliance and risk escalations. Authorize governance actions and compliance remediation plans. Review and approve executive submissions and governance deliverables. Escalate critical business, financial, and contractual risks.

Other Requirements

Lead the end-to-end Delivery Management Office (DMO) function for the MBG engagement.\\r\\nServe as the single accountable owner for Governance, Contract Management, Financial Control, Risk & Compliance, Claims Management, Service Enablement, and Executive Reporting.\\r\\nEnsure contractual commitments, customer expectations, compliance obligations, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
