- Planning: Create and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Budgeting: Estimate, negotiate, and monitor budgets for labor, raw materials, and equipment.
- Quality Control: Enforce strict quality assurance standards to reduce defect rates.
- Team Leadership: Supervise workers, assign daily tasks, and manage shift schedules.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed on the floor.
- Maintenance: Oversee routine equipment maintenance and coordinate prompt repairs.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and apply efficiency methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
