Job Summary:Swash Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager-MEP to oversee and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MEP systems design, project management, and team leadership, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage MEP projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Mentor and train junior staff
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders





Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP project management
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
