About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can conceptualize and execute scroll-stopping, eye-catching designs for multiple brands and industries.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just make designs, but can think of creative ideas, understand the story behind a concept, and visually communicate it in a way that captures attention.

The ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining creativity, quality, and consistency is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on client requirements and content briefs
- Create scroll-stopping and eye-catching designs for social media and digital platforms
- Use storytelling through design to communicate ideas effectively
- Conceptualize unique visual approaches rather than simply following templates
- Create designs for Instagram posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, campaigns, banners, and other digital creatives
- Handle creative requirements for multiple clients and industries
- Produce approximately 15–20 posters/creatives per day while maintaining design quality
- Understand content, identify the key message, and convert it into a strong visual concept
- Develop designs that are visually engaging and encourage audience attention
- Maintain brand identity and consistency across different creatives




- Work closely with content, social media, marketing, and video teams
- Take feedback positively and make revisions within deadlines
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative formats, typography, layouts, and social media trends
- Take ownership of projects from ideation to final design delivery
- Support and guide junior designers when required

- Strong creative thinking and ideation skills
- Excellent visual storytelling ability
- Ability to create scroll-stopping designs
- Strong understanding of what makes a design eye-catching and engaging
- Ability to convert a simple content idea into a strong visual concept
- Ability to create fresh and different designs without repetitive templates
- Strong sense of composition, typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work quickly without compromising creativity and quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand different brands, audiences, and industries
- Confidence in handling high-volume creative requirements

Experience

- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience




- Agency experience or experience handling multiple brands/clients is preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, conceptual, social media, branding, and campaign designs is required
