Responsibilities

Manage supplier approval process for JKT Foods in Europe (NL & UK) and India based suppliers exporting to EU & USA.

Manage the audits for organic certification for JKT

Maintain records of organic certificates for suppliers and buyers

Conduct supplier assessments through questionnaires and online audits

Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Develop and implement audit schedules and checklists

Ensure timely completion of audits and submission of reports

Ensure food safety standards are met at JKT Mumbai and Rajkot plants (FSSAI

22000 & BRC)

Implement and maintain food safety management systems. Conduct regular food safety training for employees

Lead a team of quality control heads and analysts.

Handle customer complaints related to food safety

Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

Conduct supplier food safety audits and maintain certification logs Audit warehouses for food safety.





Create and maintain product specifications as per EU regulations

Attend food safety audits and certification body audits

Coordinate with the purchase department for sample testing in labs for cargo arriving at EU warehouses

Maintain all records related to audits and food safety

Candidate

Requirements

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Microbiology, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or food safety within the Agrircommodity sector.

Demonstrated excellence in organizational and reporting capabilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices Experience in managing supplier approvals, audits, and food safety assurance

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
