- About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SFA / DMS Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and management of Sales Force Automation (SFA)and Distributor Management System (DMS) platforms. The role involves ensuring seamless data synchronization between systems (SFA–DMS–ERP), driving adoption among sales teams and distributors, maintaining high system performance, and delivering actionable insights to management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, and experience managing digital sales platforms in the Beauty, FMCG, or Retail domain.

- Key Responsibilities, KRAs & KPIs:

KRA:

 Configure, implement, and maintain the SFA platform for field sales teams.

 Ensure synchronization between SFA and Logic ERP (API or non-API mode).

KPI:

 System uptime ≥ 99%.

 Zero sync errors between SFA and ERP.

 All rollouts completed within planned timelines.

- User Management & Training (SFA)-

KRA:

 Ensure all sales users are onboarded, trained, and actively using the SFA application.

 Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions.

KPI:

 100% user onboarding and activation.

 Minimum 1 training session per quarter.

 ≥ 90% active user adoption monthly.

- Data Accuracy & Reporting (SFA)-

KRA:

 Ensure daily reporting accuracy (visits, orders, collections).

 Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management.

KPI:

 95% data entry accuracy.

KRA:

 Identify automation opportunities to improve distributor efficiency.

 Integrates secondary sales, schemes, and claims into DMS workflows.

 Zero redundant data entry.

- Coordination with Internal Teams & Vendors-

KRA:

 Work closely with ERP, SFA, and Sales teams to ensure data and process alignment.

 Coordinate with vendors for customization, bug fixes, and upgrades.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

 4+years of experience in SFA / DMS management, ERP integration, or sales automation systems.

 Hands-on experience with Logic ERP, Salesforce, or similar SFA / DMS tools.

 Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution management, and retail processes.

 Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to collaborate across departments and manage vendor relationships effectively.
