Key Responsibilities

- Manage and ensure compliance under various Labour Laws applicable to client establishments.
- Prepare and process monthly statutory compliances related to:

- Provident Fund (PF)

- Employees' State Insurance (ESIC)

- Profession Tax (PT)

- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Ensure timely filing of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory returns.
- Monitor and review contractor compliance documents and records.
- Conduct contractor and principal employer compliance audits at regular intervals.
- Handle statutory registrations, license renewals, amendments, and return filings.
- Coordinate and represent clients during labour law inspections, audits, and compliance-related inquiries.




- Liaise with Government Departments and Regulatory Authorities.
- Travel across India for client audits, compliance reviews, and site inspections as required.

Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in Labour Law Compliance, Statutory Compliance, or HR Compliance.
- Valuable knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, and other allied legislations.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client assignments and audits.
