We're hiring for one of our GCC clients for the Senior Professional in

Email/Campaign Marketing.

Role Overview

- 8+ years of project management experience across cross-functional teams.

- Manage end-to-end owned-channel/email marketing campaigns

, acting as the link between Product Marketing, Production and Development teams.

- Strong understanding of growth marketing, campaign segmentation, personalization and user journey optimization

.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Product Marketing Managers on campaign ideation, requirements gathering, feasibility, timelines and campaign strategy.

- Manage end-to-end campaign development and deployment

, including work orders, estimates, timelines, production coordination and approvals.

- Coordinate with Data Specialists and production teams on data requirements, HTML development and campaign execution

.

- Conduct

QA reviews

, manage proofs/prototypes, track changes and ensure delivery against specifications.

- Manage campaign deployment and lifecycle through email marketing platforms

, monitor campaign health and conduct post-launch performance analysis.





- Troubleshoot campaign issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolution across stakeholders.

- Maintain project trackers, status updates, quality-control sheets and ensure accurate project tracking.

- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, efficiency and quality, including use of

AI tools in email creative/production

.

Required Skills

- Project Management:

8+ years managing cross-functional projects.

- Email Campaign Management:

2–3 years managing complex, interdependent email campaigns.

- Email Marketing Platforms:

Advanced proficiency in

Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot or similar platforms.

- Technical:

Basic HTML/CSS and QA understanding; ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Data & Analytics:

Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.

- Client/Stakeholder Management:

Solid consulting, estimation and stakeholder management skills.

- Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
