Role Overview:

We are looking for Sr. Data Scientist having 5+ years of overall experience in AI/ML/Data Science, with at least 1–2 years in Generative AI / LLM-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions (LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, document intelligence) from PoC to production.
- Architect and develop agentic AI systems — multi-agent orchestration, tool/function calling, planning, and autonomous task execution.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade conversational AI / chatbots, including intent design, dialog flows, context management, and integration with backend systems and APIs.
- Develop and optimize retrieval pipelines: chunking strategies, embeddings, vector search, hybrid search, and re-ranking.
- Apply data science techniques — statistical analysis, ML modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation — to derive insights and build predictive solutions.
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs; implement prompt engineering best practices, guardrails, and responsible AI controls.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and client teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, demos, and PoCs.
- Deploy and monitor AI workloads on cloud platforms; implement MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, versioning, evaluation, monitoring).
- Mentor junior data scientists/engineers and contribute to internal accelerators and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Agentic AI

- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Copilot Studio (multi-agent setups).
- Understanding of agent design patterns: planning, tool use, memory, orchestration, human-in-the-loop.

Generative AI

- Production experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI / OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama,



Mistral, etc.).
- Strong grasp of RAG architecture: embeddings, vector databases (Azure AI Search, Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS), hybrid search, semantic ranking.
- Prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT), and cost/latency optimization.

Chatbot / Conversational AI

- Built and shipped chatbots or virtual assistants using platforms like Copilot Studio, Bot Framework, Rasa, or Dialogflow.
- Experience with NLU, entity extraction, multi-turn conversation design, and channel integrations (Teams, Web, WhatsApp).

Data Science & ML

- Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Solid foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, and ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, time series).
- Experience with EDA, feature engineering, model validation, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with structured/unstructured data.

Cloud & Engineering

- Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions) or equivalent AWS/GCP services.
- REST API development (FastAPI/Flask), Docker, Git, and CI/CD fundamentals.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of responsible AI: content safety, guardrails, data anonymization (e.g., Presidio).
- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps tooling (MLflow, Azure ML, LangSmith, evaluation frameworks).
- Power Platform / Power Automate experience for enterprise automation.
- Experience with speech (STT/TTS), OCR/IDP, or multilingual AI solutions.

Soft Skills

- Solid problem-solving and analytical mindset; able to work independently on ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead PoCs end-to-end and mentor junior team members.
