Factory Supervisor – Paver Block Manufacturing

Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for an active and responsible Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our paver block manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily paver block production and ensure production targets are achieved.

• Supervise workers and manage daily manpower allocation.

• Monitor paver block quality, strength, dimensions, colour, and finishing.

• Coordinate and maintain regular quality testing and records.

• Monitor raw material usage and production wastage.

• Check machines and ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations.

• Maintain production, stock, inward/outward, and dispatch records.

• Coordinate with management regarding production, labour, material requirements, and issues.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline inside the factory.





• Take active involvement in factory operations and solve day-to-day production problems.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in paver block / precast / concrete products / construction-material manufacturing will be an advantage.

• Hindi speaking is preferred for effective communication with workers.

• ITI / Diploma / Civil background preferred.

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

• Must be active, responsible, hands-on, and willing to be involved in daily factory operations.

• Candidate should be able to independently monitor the factory and report daily activities to management.

We are looking for a person who is actively involved in the factory, not someone who only supervises from a distance.
