Key Skills Required

- Robust hands-on experience in Blender
- Expertise in 3D Modeling and Product Visualization
- Experience with PBR Texturing, UV Mapping, and Texture Baking
- Knowledge of Substance Painter
- Experience with Three.js, WebGL, or React Three Fiber is preferred
- Hands-on experience with GLB, glTF, and FBX workflows
- Asset Optimization for real-time rendering
- Experience in Python/Blender scripting or pipeline automation is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Maya, or ZBrush is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, production-ready 3D assets using Blender.
- Develop optimized models, materials, and textures for real-time applications.
- Build and optimize assets for web-based 3D visualization and configurators.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver interactive 3D experiences.
- Ensure high visual quality while maintaining performance standards.
- Support asset pipeline improvements and workflow optimization.
