About the Role:

Are you passionate about accounting and reconciliations? We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Executive - US Accounting to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with US-based clients and be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate financial records and timely month-end closures.

Whether your background is in Indian Accounting, UK Accounting, Australian Accounting, or US Accounting, if you have strong bookkeeping fundamentals and reconciliation experience, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do:

Perform end-to-end bookkeeping for US-based clients

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor reconciliations

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer account reconciliations

Prepare and review Bank Reconciliations on a periodic basis

Perform Credit Card Reconciliations and expense verification

Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies





Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain financial accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Journal Entries
- General Ledger Accounting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred

- Experience working on international accounting processes
- Exposure to QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books, Sage, or similar ERP systems
- Understanding of month-end closing procedures
