- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

- Report technical issues or malfunctions to maintenance staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game area
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally
- Promote ongoing events, games, or special offers.
