Responsibilities:
- Supervise spinning and winding operations.
- Manage operators and daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and yarn quality.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime/wastage.
- Maintain shift and production records.
- Coordinate with maintenance for machine issues.
- Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Experience in spinning/winding preferred.
- ITI/Diploma in Textile or relevant qualification preferred.
- Valuable supervisory and communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Full-time employment.
