Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as swallowing difficulties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and small-group therapy, and documenting clinical findings and progress. The role involves collaborating with physiotherapists and other rehabilitation team members,



educating patients and families on therapy strategies, and contributing to interdisciplinary care plans.

This is a part-time, on-site role based at Agape Health in Kochi, requiring regular in-person patient contact and participation in clinic activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of speech-related conditions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess clinical competence in assessing and managing Dysphagia.
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent, with valid qualified licensure/registration as required.
- Experience in a rehabilitation or clinical healthcare setting, preferably with diverse age groups.
- Ability to develop evidence-based treatment plans, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and use relevant assessment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered, culturally sensitive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
