Company Description Hannah's Speech Therapeutic Centre was established in 2016 as an interdisciplinary rehabilitation center with a core vision of inclusion. The team brings together Speech Language Pathologists, Audiologists, Auditory Verbal Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Behavioral Therapists, and Special Educators under one roof. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Speech Language Pathologist and Audiologist. The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and hearing disorders across age groups, and developing and executing individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

The professional will provide family and caregiver counseling, education, and home-program guidance to support carryover of skills. Additional tasks include participating in case conferences, contributing to outreach or awareness programs,



and engaging in continued professional development.

Qualifications

- Relevant academic qualifications in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution).
- Current qualified registration or licensure as required by local regulatory bodies.
- Clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and management of speech, language, and hearing disorders for children and adults.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans and adapt interventions based on client progress.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills for working with clients, families, and caregivers.
- Comfort working within an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals.
- Effective documentation and record-keeping skills, including use of clinical forms and basic digital tools.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and ongoing learning through workshops or continuing education.
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings, cochlear implant habilitation, or auditory verbal therapy is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and at least one local language (Kannada, Hindi, or others) is preferred.
