About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Specialist to identify and source residential and/or commercial real estate opportunities in North Bangalore. The role will involve building relationships with property owners, channel partners, brokers, and other local stakeholders to identify suitable properties and generate a strong pipeline of sourcing opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the North Bangalore real estate market, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently develop and maintain a network of property sources.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source potential real estate properties and opportunities across North Bangalore.
- Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, brokers, channel partners, developers, and local agents.
- Conduct regular market mapping to identify new projects, land parcels, resale properties, rental opportunities, and other relevant inventory.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, broker networks, referrals, online platforms, local market visits, and other channels.
- Understand property requirements, including location, size, pricing, ownership details, documentation, and availability.
- Conduct preliminary screening and due diligence of sourced properties before presenting them internally.
- Maintain an updated database of properties, owners, brokers, and sourcing partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, brokerage, pricing, and other relevant terms with property owners/partners, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with internal Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to facilitate the closure of sourced opportunities.




- Track the sourcing pipeline and provide regular reports on new leads, active opportunities, conversions, and closures.
- Develop strong relationships with local brokers and ensure a consistent flow of quality inventory.
- Keep abreast of real estate developments, infrastructure projects, market trends, pricing, and upcoming projects in North Bangalore.

Key Skills & Competencies

- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, property acquisition, business development, channel sales, brokerage, or a related field.
- Good understanding of the North Bangalore real estate market.
- A strong network of local brokers/property consultants will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and build a sourcing pipeline.
- Strong relationship-management skills.
- Valuable analytical and market-research abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and extensive local travel.
- Ability to verify and organize property-related information and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in areas such as Hebbal, Yelahanka, Thanisandra, Jakkur, Devanahalli, Hennur, Kogilu, Doddaballapur Road, Airport Road, and surrounding North Bangalore micro-markets would be preferred.
- Experience with real estate developers, property advisory firms, brokerage firms, channel partners, or property aggregators will be an added advantage.
