We are looking for a motivated MES/MIS Solution Delivery Specialist with a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering to join our Services team. The role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing MES/MIS solutions for process and chemical industries.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, strong analytical abilities, and an interest in industrial digitalization and technology.
Key Responsibilities
MES/MIS Implementation
- Support end-to-end implementation of MES/MIS solutions.
- Configure and develop solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver project requirements.
- Support customer interactions and solution delivery.
Process Analysis &
- Improvement
- Understand and analyze chemical manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze process data and support optimization initiatives.
System Support &
- Troubleshooting
- Provide implementation and post-deployment support for MES/MIS applications.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Help ensure system reliability and performance.
Data, Dashboards &
- Reporting
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics based on manufacturing data.
- Analyze operational data to generate meaningful insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Training &
- Documentation
- Assist in conducting user training and demonstrations.
- Prepare and maintain project and system documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to users.
Project Coordination
- Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Track project progress and support milestone reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Robust interest in MES, MIS, industrial digitalization, and process industries.
- Good understanding of chemical/manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to learn new technologies and industrial software quickly.
