Role Description The Solar Engineer PM Suryaghar role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The role involves end-to-end project management for solar power projects, including site assessment, system design, technical feasibility analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

The Solar

Engineer PM will oversee PV and electrical design reviews, prepare technical documentation, bill of materials, and project schedules, and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and quality requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing contractors and vendors,



monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues on-site, and supporting commissioning and performance testing of solar systems. The role also includes regular reporting to leadership, optimizing system performance, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering and project management practices.

Qualifications

- Robust understanding of the solar industry and solar power technologies, with practical exposure to solar project execution.
- Hands-on experience with solar systems and PV design, including sizing, layout, and selection of PV modules, inverters, and balance-of-system components.
- Proficiency in electrical design related to solar installations, including single-line diagrams, cable sizing, protection schemes, and grid-interconnection requirements.
- Competence in project management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations for solar and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in solar PV or project management are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, and willingness to work on-site at project locations in the Greater Jaipur Area.
