Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Software Tester.

The Software

Tester will execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and usability across multiple applications. Typical daily activities include reviewing requirements, designing and maintaining test cases, performing test runs, logging and tracking defects, and verifying fixes. The role involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize issues, and support release readiness.

The Software





Tester will also participate in continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills, with experience applying structured testing methodologies.
- Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Case design and maintenance skills, including test planning and test data preparation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and analyze defects.
- Experience with bug tracking tools, test management systems, and version control platforms is beneficial.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks, scripting, or basic programming concepts is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and collaborate in remote teams.
- Attention to detail, systematic problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant education or certifications in computer science, information technology, software testing, or a related field are preferred.
