About the Role

We are looking for a Software Solutions Consultant who has a strong interest in software, technology, and customer interaction.

The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand how a software product works, identify customer requirements, and confidently demonstrate the product through both online and offline presentations.

This role combines software understanding, product demonstration, customer consulting, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand Applications in depth, including its features, workflows, and use cases.
- Conduct professional online and offline software demonstrations.
- Understand customer business requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.
- Explain software features in simple, clear, and business-focused language.
- Demonstrate how applications can solve day-to-day operational problems.
- Handle basic product and software-related questions during demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the technical team for advanced technical queries.
- Follow up with prospects after demonstrations and support the sales conversion process.
- Assist new customers during onboarding and initial product adoption.
- Maintain proper records of leads, demos, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant suggestions with the product team.
- Stay updated with new features, upgrades, and product developments.
- Participate in customer meetings, webinars, exhibitions, and business events when required.

- Be comfortable working with laptops, smartphones, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms.




- Be willing to travel locally for customer meetings and demonstrations when required.

Qualification Preferred educational backgrounds include:

BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech, BE, Diploma in IT/Computer Science, or equivalent.

However, software aptitude, communication skills, and learning ability will be given more importance than the degree.

Experience

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Demonstration, Business Development, or Technical Sales.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong software aptitude may also apply.

Role Summary This is not a traditional sales-only role.

A Software Solutions Consultant is expected to understand the product, understand the customer, and connect the two.

The right candidate should be able to confidently demonstrate the software and explain how the product can solve real business problems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
