Vuha AI | Bengaluru / Remote | Contract

Vuha AI is building edge-based AI vision systems for automated quality inspection in manufacturing. We are looking for a Senior Software / Production Engineer to take our working prototype to a reliable, production-ready system and support deployments at customer sites.

What you'll do-

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for production releases.
- Package and distribute our Linux-based application to edge devices.
- Deploy, configure and troubleshoot systems at customer sites.
- Manage software and ML model versions and safe updates.
- Improve system reliability, monitoring and deployment automation.
- Debug production issues and drive them to resolution.
- Create runbooks and documentation so the team can independently deploy and support systems.

What we are looking for-

Must have:

- 8+ years of experience shipping and supporting production software.
- Solid Linux administration and debugging skills.




- Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
- Production Python experience.
- Experience with Docker/containerization and software packaging.

Good to have:

- ARM / embedded systems experience.
- Systemd and Linux service management.
- ML model deployment/versioning.
- Backend development.
- Security and software supply-chain practices.
- Industrial automation or edge-device experience.

Not required: Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, Qt, or our existing codebase. We'll help you get up to speed.

The ideal person: Someone who has shipped real systems, enjoys debugging problems in the field, and can bridge the gap between software development and production deployment.

Engagement: Contract / freelance, with potential for continued engagement as Vuha scales its customer deployments.
