We are hiring for Software PreSales Consultant for one of the company located in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement -

- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, pain
- points, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor software
- demonstrations and presentations accordingly.

Technical Expertise -

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions and how they align with
- client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and insights to clients during the pre-sales process, including
- addressing technical inquiries and conducting product demonstrations.

Solution Design -

- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and implementation teams, to
- design customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop detailed proposals and solution architectures that outline the value proposition of our
- software solutions.

Relationship Management -





- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients by serving as a trusted advisor
- throughout the pre-sales process.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from
- pre-sales to post-sales activities.

Sales Support -

- Support sales teams in developing sales strategies and tactics to effectively position our software
- solutions in the market.
- Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation.

Good to Have

Knowledge of telecom billing domain

Experience working with clients in the US is a plus

- Experience working with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus

Required Experience: 2-4 Years ( Freshers Not eligible)

Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration.
