Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Online Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions within our Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, Power Platform, and automation tools, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge digital collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end project development for SharePoint Online solutions.

- Act as an internal collaborator, engaging with business units to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Design and develop custom components using SPFx, React, and related technologies.

- Build and automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and PowerApps Canvas.

- Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft Graph API, REST API, and PnP SP for enhanced functionality.





- Maintain and optimize site structures, permissions, and governance.

- Utilize Copilot Studio to create AI-driven business automation and chat solutions.

- Version control all development activities through Git/ Azure DevOps

- Support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SharePoint-based solutions.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating SharePoint with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
